Washington and Monroe counties are the first in Ohio to fully implement Next Generation 9-1-1 (NextGen 911), which will help improve emergency response times and save lives.
The North Carolina Department of Information Technology (NCDIT) said the state’s Next Generation 911 (NextGen 911) system was able to withstand Hurricane Helene and continue to help residents throughout the storm and its aftermath.
