The Rhode Island Department of Education has partnered with Khan Academy to offer a no-cost opportunity to all local education agencies (LEAs) across Rhode Island to help support students preparing for the SATs and, more broadly, help students prepare for their future careers through the integration of Khan Academy Districts and Khanmigo tools.

Eighteen school districts across the state of North Carolina will receive a total of $800,000 in grant funding to help students develop computer science skills through coding and app development.

The Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) is modernizing and upgrading internet connectivity within Kentucky’s 171 school districts, the Kentucky School for the Deaf, the Kentucky School for the Blind, Kentucky’s 50 area technology centers, and the KDE office in Frankfort.

In a bid to expand computer science education across the commonwealth, Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey is awarding $265,025 in grants to nine school districts to establish and promote rigorous, engaging and standards-aligned digital literacy and computer science education.
